Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) has made a trio of appointments to its management team, as the firm looks to grow its innovation focus.
Vincent Metz becomes the firm’s director strategy, having returned to the company in April 2016 as director business development.
Joining Metz at AFI KLM E&M is Rodolphe Parisot, who is named vice-president digital and innovation.
In a move AFI KLM E&M said is designed to help position it as a leading player for new technologies, innovations and new generation MRO products, Parisot is tasked with maximising innovation and digitisation capabilities throughout the AFI KLM E&M network, and to transform them into drivers of efficiency and high performance on behalf of Group activities for the benefit of its customers.
Also joining the management team is Robert Pruim, who becomes vice-president procurement.
Pruim has held a number of different roles in the group and has been chief operating officer of its engine services division since.
All three will sit on the Air France KLM Engineering & Maintenance executive committee.
