SWISSIinks Maintenance Software Deals With Boeing

Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) has signed agreements with Boeing for its Airplane Health Management, Maintenance Performance Toolbox and Loadable Software Airplane Part Services software to drive efficiency and streamline maintenance across its 777 fleet.

Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) has signed agreements with Boeing for its Airplane Health Management, Maintenance Performance Toolbox and Loadable Software Airplane Part Services software to drive efficiency and streamline maintenance across its 777 fleet.

The OEM said it will leverage real-time information to aid SWISS with aircraft maintenance on the aircraft, which will start entering the airline’s fleet this year.

“Partnering with Boeing to implement these services will enhance our maintenance capabilities and drive increased efficiency,” said Peter Wojahn, chief technical officer at SWISS. “Using real-time data will help us to make more informed fleet management decisions and reduce aircraft down time.”
