Building Starts At New Korean Training Site

Boeing and Korean Air have broken ground on a new aviation training facility in Incheon’s Free Economic Zone.  The facility, set to be Korea’s largest of its type,  will house 12 full-flight simulators for pilot training and should open in 2015. According to the ‘2013 Boeing Pilot & Technician Outlook’, 192,300 new commercial airline pilots will be needed in Asia over the next 20 years.
