According to Aviation Week Fleet Data Services, China Southern has 10 787-8 and 15 787-9 in service, with six more 787-9 on order.
Exactly a year ago, the Guangzhou-based airline also signed a 10-year On Site Support contract with the comapny for spare parts and repair services. China Southern also uses Collins’ communications, navigation and surveillance avionics as well as datalink and network services for its operations
