Finnair Receives First Sharklet-Equipped A321

Finnair has taken delivery of the first A321 fitted with fuel-saving Sharklet wing tip devices, one of five such aircraft on order. Finnair will welcome another two later in 2013 and the remainder in the first half of 2014. The five Sharklet-equipped A321s will replace four 757s which have been used mainly for leisure and charter flights, and will complete the airline’s transition to an all-Airbus fleet.
