GE Wins Vietnam Airlines Deal

Vietnam Airlines has selected General Electric (GE) engines to power its 787 aircraft, in a deal worth an estimated $1.7bn, according to Reuters. The carrier has placed an order for 40 GEnx engines, which will be installed on its 787 fleet, set for delivery by 2015.
