Kenya Airways Flight Turns Back Sfter Engine Malfunction

Kenya Airways has announced that flight KQ320 from Khartoum International Airport to Cairo on January 1, 2013, was obliged to make an air turnback and return to the airport in Sudan because of an engine malfunction. The aircraft landed safely with 56 passengers and seven crew members on board. The airline said the pilot elected to turn back “as a standard safety precaution” and that neither the passengers and crew nor the aircraft were “compromised or at risk”.
