Kinda Crazy?

An ongoing civil war that has left 140,000 dead appears to be no obstacle to the creation of a new airline in Syria, where a privately run operator wants to launch services in May. According to Reuters, Kinda Airlines intends to operate from Damascus and the coastal city of Latakia, and aims to offer 10 destinations in the Middle East within a year. "Damascus has been very safe in the last six or seven months," Esmail Sharaf, Kinda’s vice commercial manager told Reuters. Kinda is reportedly set to receive a 737-400 from Jordan Aviation and an A320 from Gambia-registered Aeolus Air.
