New A380 For Asiana Airlines

South Korean carrier Asiana Airlines has a new A380. The company is the eleventh airline in the world to adopt this type. Park Sam Koo, Chairman of Kumho Asiana Group, accepted the aircraft from Airbus President and CEO Fabrice Brégier in a ceremony at Toulouse, France. Six more A380s are on order. Each is powered with Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engines. The aircraft will serve the Tokyo, Hong Kong and Bangkok routes. Asiana also has 30 A350 XWB on order.
