PANSA Joins A6 Alliance

The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) is to join the A6 Alliance of European air navigation service providers working towards the deployment of SESAR. PANSA’s decision means seven of Europe’s nine functional airspace blocks (FABs) are now represented within the alliance. The agency is a member of the Baltic FAB, which includes Poland and Lithuania and covers more than 400,000sq-km, handling more than 700,000 flights per annum. The A6 Alliance is working on a number of projects to support SESAR deployment and is bidding for European funding to support the deployment of future network and data link
