RPG describes disaffected Ryanair pilots

Ryanair Pilot Group (RPG), Ryanair’s unofficial pilot union, has called for better treatment of its members, arguing that the airline must make “significant efforts to improve staff relations”, at a time when it is trying to improve customer service. According to a survey by RPG, a third of Ryanair pilots plan to leave the airline before April next year, and half by the following year. “Management continues to ignore the well-documented issues and concerns of the majority of the pilots and refuses to engage with the elected representatives of the whole pilot body,” RPG said in a statement.
