Saudi Carrier Links Up With Rusada

SaudiGulf is the latest Middle Eastern customer to sign up for the software provider’s Envision offering.

SaudiGulf Airlines has signed an agreement to use Rusada’s Envision software suite.

Following a tendering process, the start-up carrier will use the Envision suite to support its CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation), line maintenance, materials management, and the management of quality and safety functions across the business.

Having announced the contract signing on Thursday (July 27), SaudiGulf is now Rusada’s 12th airline customer in the Middle East region.

“From a standing start, SaudiGulf has had a hugely successful launch phase and has an ambitious vision and growth plan,” said Rusada CEO Julian Stourton. “Our Envision solution is specifically engineered to be flexible, quick to deploy and scalable and SaudiGulf’s selection of our suite is a further endorsement of these credentials.”

SaudiGulf began operating in October 2016 with a fleet of four Airbus A320-300s, while placing orders for 24 Bombardier C300 aircraft.
