WestJet Board Approves Widebody Plan

WestJet is to fly widebody aircraft in late 2015 after the airline’s plans were approved by the WestJet Pilot Association and its board. The first deployments are expected to be on the Alberta-Hawaii routes. WestJet hopes to operate four widebody aircraft, a route currently served by four Thomas Cook 757-200s.
