AeroVision To Open UK Parts Warehouse

U.S. parts specialist targets growth of support network in the EMEA region.

AeroVision, the U.S.-based regional parts supplier, has announced plans to open a new component inventory stocking location at London Heathrow Airport to service customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

In a partnership with logistics firm B&H Worldwide, AeroVision said the new location will give customers greatly improved access to its inventory of regional aircraft parts.

The Michigan-headquartered company’s executive vice president Rick Cramblet said the move is the first step towards building a global customer support network at AeroVision, which specializes in parts for a number of Pratt & Whitney regional options, along with small Honeywell and Rolls-Royce engine types.

“Additional forward stocking locations will be added as quickly as possible, enabling our customers to reduce their investment in inventory while increasing their dispatch reliability,” Cramblet added.
