Avolon is reportedly planning an initial public offering (IPO) of its common shares. It is expected that the aircraft leasing company’s IPO will be secondary and made by means of a prospectus. Copies of the prospectus can be obtained from any of the three companies named as joint book-running managers: JP Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co, and Citigroup Global Markets.
A registration statement relating to the offering has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, but has not yet become effective. The exact number of shares to be sold and the price range have not been determined.
