Comlux America Begins Widebody Hangar Expansion

Indianapolis-based Comlux America has started construction of an extension to its VIP completion hangar which will enable it to service widebody aircraft.

The expansion of Comlux’s completion and services centre, built in 2012, and will bring total hangar space to 14,586m2 enabling it to house one widebody aircraft and up to four narrowbody aircraft simultaneously.

The MRO, a subsidiary of the Comlux Aviation Group, signed its first widebody VIP interior contract last year.

The A330 aircraft is scheduled to be delivered to Comlux America in September.
