The FAA has approved Netherlands-based MRO provider SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance to become an approved repair station.
Following the new approval, the Dutch company said it will now look to explore new markets for heavy maintenance and competent repair services on U.S. registered aircraft. It also said it will use getting the green light from the regulator to expand its customer base.
“We consider this additional approval as a first step into a new market and a great opportunity for us to continue strengthening our customer base,” says Constant van Schaik, CEO of SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance.
The firm currently provides MRO services to the regional turboprop and regional jet markets.
