FL Technics has entered into an agreement with Moldavian national carrier FlyOne to support its fleet of three Airbus A320 aircraft.
Under the terms of the contract, Lithuania’s FL Technics will cover the airline with a number of support services. According to the MRO, these will include AD and SB analysis, maintenance planning, reliability monitoring, utilization control, engine condition monitoring, orders preparation and flight data analysis.
In addition, FL Technics will oversee the continuing airworthiness of the fleet and other engineering support under its Part M approval.
FlyOne, set up in 2016 to service routes to Europe and Russia, says it plans to add more of the Airbus narrowbodies to its fleet in the near-future.
Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO of FL Technics, said the cooperation with fledgling airline has got off to a strong start. “Since the start of our partnership during an aircraft delivery, we have developed a strong sense of trust between the companies,” he said. “Being a relatively young, expanding airline in the market, Fly One has been looking for a partner with vast experience in most popular narrow-body aircraft.”
