Magnetic MRO Opens Painting Facility

Estonian maintenance firm Magnetic MRO has opened a new 2,700m2 hangar offering full aircraft painting capabilities at its Tallinn-headquarters.

Magnetic, which announced plans to expand into paint services in January, said the hangar will offer services for all narrowbody aircraft.

The MRO has been working with UK firms Spraybooth Technology and Paint Services to offer stripping, repainting and finishing services at the facility.

Andrius Norkevicius, chief operating officer of engineering services at Magnetic, said: “We were able to achieve such competitive offerings to our clients by combining a team of internationally experienced managers, engineers and painters with the local workforce.”‎
