New Hangar At Chopin Airport

A new hangar for technical maintenance has been built at Warsaw Chopin Airport, which can accommodate code C aircraft with a wingspan of up to 36 meters. The new hangar, which is located next to the Blue Jet hangar in the western part of the airport, covers an area of approximately 4,000ft2, with a volume of more than 45,000 cubic meters. “The new hangar increases the attractiveness of Chopin Airport as a place where airlines can open their operational bases and service their planes. There’s a huge interest in hangar services in the industry,” said Piotr Nalej, director of Chopin Airport Commercial Bureau.
