DUBAI--OEMServices, the France-based specialist in component, logistic and trading services, has entered into an agreement with Triumph Integrated Systems Actuation and Control to supply distribution services for its customers in the Middle East and Africa.
Under the terms of the contract, which will run for an undisclosed period, OEMServices will assist the manufacturer and overhaul specialist of aerospace systems and parts from its Dubai service center located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone area which opened in 2014.
The agreement includes coverage for Triumph’s repair needs and a 24/7 AOG desk and hotline answering operator needs within an hour, which OEMServices says will lead to solutions that optimize repair turnaround times along with minimizing operational interruptions.
“Their [OEMServices] ability to deliver world-class support and logistic services will enable customers in the MEA region to receive genuine Triumph parts quickly when and where they are needed,” said Peter Fowler, president of Triumph Actuation and Control, a subsidiary of the Triumph Group which employs more than 3,000 people across 18 global locations.
Headquartered in Paris, OEMServices is a joint venture between component manufacturers Diehl Aerospace, Liebherr Aerospace, Thales and Zodiac Aerospace.
