OEMServices, SCAC Team Up For SSJ100 Component Services

Cooperation will focus on improving parts supply chain.

French parts specialist OEMServices has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sukhoi Superjet 100 manufacturer SCAC to develop a range of component services for the aircraft.

Under the terms of the agreement, announced Wednesday (June 19), SCAC will utilize OEMService’s expertise to explore ways for continuous improvement across the SSJ100 aftermarket network including supply chain analysis, stock sizing optimization and stock configuration.

Along with efficiency drives, OEMServices said the process will also target the development of cost effective solutions for its customers and mitigate the risks related to spare parts delivery and repair.

“This agreement is a key step forward to become one of the major players in SSJ100 component support,” said Didier Granger, president-CEO of OEMServices. “This platform is key for us and we expect the relationship with SCAC to become a long term cooperation that will provide world class services towards airline across the globe.”
