Vincent Aviation In Liquidation

Wellington-based airline and MRO provider Vincent Aviation has gone into liquidation following its placement into receivership last week.

An application was made to liquidate the New Zealand carrier’s assets over issues related to lease and maintenance provision payments for a BAe 146 aircraft.

The company, founded in 1992, had two maintenance hangars and provided servicing and maintenance for third-party aircraft as well as its own fleet.

In May the company’s Australian arm, Vincent Aviation Australia, was liquidated and ceased trading.
