Boeing has confirmed it delivered 184 aircraft in Q1 2015, beating some analysts forecasts that its deliveries would dip.
Seattle-based Boeing said it delivered 30 787 aircraft during the first three months of the year, putting it in line to reach its 2015 target of 120.
The overall delivery figure also includes 121 737 deliveries, four 747s, five 757s and 24 777s. Boeing’s deliveries for the period increased from Q1 2014’s total of 161 deliveries.
The results defied the prediction of analyst Sterne Agee, which predicted Boeing would deliver 177 in Q1 2015, below its 180 aircraft target.
