Ipsen Receives Patent On Loading System

Ipsen has received a US patent for a new loading system. Craig Moller, chief engineer at Ipsen, began work on the design five years ago for use with a large vacuum heat-treating furnace used in the aerospace industry. The design removes the need to disconnect heating elements each time a system is used, a problem inherent to car bottom loading systems. Ipsen’s system allows operators to leave the furnace’s heating elements intact in the hot zone.
