Scoot Signs 12yr Aftercare Deal With Moog

Scoot, a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, has signed a 12-year contract with flight controls company Moog for aftercare support on its fleet of 787s. The long-haul budget airline, which launched in 2012, is set to take delivery of the first of 20 787s it has on order in November. Under the aftercare deal Moog, which supplies primary and high life flight control systems on the 787, will provide both maintenance and inventory support.
