Spanish airline Iberia has signed up for Swiss-AS’ MRO software offering AMOS to manage the airworthiness of its aircraft fleet.
Iberia has been licensed the CAMO edition of the AMOS offering which will be rolled out this month initially for its A330 fleet with other aircraft types set to follow.
The implementation process involves assistance with project management, consulting, training and data transfer support.
Iberia becomes the third carrier in the International Airlines Group to use AMOS along with Irish airline Aer Lingus and low-cost carrier Vueling.
“This challenging project shows once again that Swiss-AS is able to meet the requirements of its customer whatever the requirements and constraints may be,” said Ronald Schaeuffele, CEO of Swiss-AS.
