South African Airways Renews SITA Deal

South African Airways has renewed a contract to outsource domestic network services, desktop and associated server support services to SITA for another five years. SITA will establish a round-the-clock command centre for desktop and network management to help the airline upgrade existing IT capabilities. SITA has also committed to providing user-specific devices for airline employees. The company has provided outsourced desktops, associated servers and domestic network services to the airline for 13 years
